Located in the Archipelago of Stockholm, Island House belongs to WRB Architects, a small architecture studio in Sweden, which mostly take on projects involving small private residences. Sometimes referred to as a “cottage” or just a beautiful place of retreat, the Island House features an amazing view of the ocean and is located in a fresh and luxurious environment. Oak trees and pines can be seen all around; the site was built to also include a 500 years old oak, which erichens the property. However, you are probably more interested in details such as the wooden deck, a great place to drink the morning tea or the late afternoon wine, or the sauna. Modern living is present in every room of this “cottage” and we’re sure most of you out there would love to spend some late holidays there.
